2. How to Return an Item

Request a Return:
Go to “My Orders” on our website, select your order, and click the “Return/Refund” button.

Submit Your Request:
Fill out the form with your reason and attach photos or videos if needed.

Resolution:
We will review your request and provide a solution within 48 hours.

3. Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method, depending on your payment provider.

Exclusions:
Custom or personalized jewelry (e.g., engraved items) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or shows no tracking updates, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized jewelry (unless defective)
  • Items damaged due to wear and tear (e.g., scratches, physical damage)
  • Returns requested after 30 days

6. International Returns

Due to higher shipping costs and longer transit times, international returns may take longer to process. Please contact our support team before sending any return.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, customs delays, or strikes.
